Comments turn a video into a discussion: a question asked once helps everyone who watches next.

Comment#

  1. In the Comments section below the video, write your message (up to 2,000 characters).
  2. Click Comment: the video's author is notified.
  3. To answer a comment, use Reply: the person is told about your reply.

Mention a colleague#

Type @ followed by their first name, then pick the person from the list. They get a notification and land straight on the comment.

Tip

Mention the expert when a question goes beyond your role: the answer stays visible below the video for everyone after you.

Report rather than comment#

If the video contains wrong or outdated information, use Report instead: the report is tracked until it is resolved. See Report a video.
