Add a procedure, a template or training material to a video: up to 10 documents per video.

People who can edit the video
A video explains; a document serves as a reference. Attach the written procedure, the template to fill in or the training material directly to the video.
Add a document#
- Open the video.
- In the Documents section below the video, click Add a document.
- The document appears right away for everyone watching the video.

Access and search#
Documents follow exactly the same access rights as the video: only members of its team and administrators can open them. Their names are also covered by search, which flags a result found in a Document, so give them meaningful names.
